I am a vegan homeschooling momma, and I found my passion for yoga and teaching 11 years ago.
Mindful movement helped me build and understand a strong mind & body, as I made many mistakes along the way! My hope is to create a ripple effect so that we can all experience the joys of strength training and yoga.
I'm a wellness enthusiast, always setting strength and flexibility goals. I lift weights a few times per week and make time for yoga flow.
I have worked with clients of all fitness levels and ages, always catering to their unique goals and abilities.
& of course, challenging all of my students/clients along the way.
I also practice mindfulness to keep a mind body balance, one day at a time.
The 7 Chakras represent self-awareness, self-love, and healing, & that is why I chose the name Chakra Fitness
